- What does an engagement usually look like?
- Modular. A typical engagement runs one to three days per week over three to six months, focused on a specific decision area (finance operating model, liquidity, board readiness, refinancing).
- How are fees structured?
- Fixed monthly retainer for ongoing fractional CFO work; scoped fixed fees for defined projects. Quoted after a first call, never before scope is clear.
- Do you work outside the Netherlands?
- Yes — remote across Europe, with regular on-site days in Amsterdam. International and cross-border situations are the bulk of the work.
